We looked for 4 months, almost closed on a house, made several visits to Punta Gorda with her devoting whole days to us (and picking us up from airports, taking us out to eat, etc), and finally found a house to buy. The whole process was challenging due to sellers who were unreasonable and uncommunicative, other realtors who weren't doing their job, and our decision to focus on only one neighborhood. Sue encouraged us to be patient and not to settle for anything less than what we wanted. She always had our interests at heart, and we are totally impressed by her integrity, her follow-through, and her knowledge. I don't think we would have finally found a house without her at our side. We met Sue by chance when she was showing a house in the neighborhood we were visiting. We are so lucky! Since purchasing the home, she continues to help us while we work on the house from afar."
